Inspiring Young Minds: Ask a Scientist at the Grange Fair

On August 22, 2025 our group took part in the Ask a Scientist event at the Grange Fair in Centre Hall, PA. We engaged with kids of different age groups to spark curiosity and promote scientific thinking from a young age. Hands-on experiments such as Cloud in a Bottle and the Cotton Ball activity helped kids identify and differentiate between different types of clouds, while the acid–base Invisible Ink experiment captured their attention and made scientific concepts easy and memorable to learn.
